If you’re looking for an easy way to get in shape, put down the Xbox. If you’re looking for a fun way to get in shape, keep reading.
Exposure is a workout series on the beach led by the team at A Mind And Body Total Fitness – who are pros in helping you maximize your health. Kicking off this weekend as we say goodbye to May, Exposure will be at Chicago’s Ohio Street Beach every Saturday all summer long.
And here in 2015, Exposure will be bigger and better than ever.
The Exposure series will support a new sponsor charity each week, spreading awareness to various causes in the Chicagoland area. Tickets are $10, with a portion of the proceeds from each weekend donated to the designated charity.
Which means you can hit the beach, get a legit workout in, and donate to a good cause all at the same time. In an hour. For $10.
Go ahead and try to have a more productive Saturday than that.
If you need more convincing, Exposure will feature top-notch health, fitness, and self-care sponsors – including product giveaways and contests at each Saturday workout.
Bottom line: Summer is the time to get in shape, and there’s never a bad time to give back. Don’t miss your chance to do both at Exposure 2015.
