Why do we whole food juice? Well, the answer is quite simple.

Instead of taking the time and energy to chew your food in order to process it, your body is able to soak up all the nutrients with no effort. In a nutshell, you get more out of the same food.

How Should You Juice?

With a machine. 

NutriBullet – The NutriBullet Rx is $179.99 and uses cyclonic action with its 2.3 horsepower motor and turbo extractor blades to break down the cell walls of food, making it easy for your body to process the nutrients. This is a great option for someone who wants to try juicing for the first time.

Vitamix – The S30 is $399 and your least expensive model in which the cup is also the blender. This is more versatile with a 10 speed control. With the best blades in the industry this machine is a masterpiece.

Both are great options. The NutriBullet is a little less expensive, but also less versatile than the Vitamix. Pick the best option for you and get to juicing.

What do we whole food juice?


The base of any drink is the liquid. The liquid will give the juice its consistency and feel.

Choose from one of these two:

Spring Water – I stress “Spring Water” because this is real water that is purified from the earth. Buying this in glass or foraging it on your own is extremely important because then it is in its purest form. I solely use Mountain Valley Spring Water because they are an American spring water company that uses glass and truly have the purest water.

Organic Nut Milk – This will give more of a creamy texture. My two favorite nut milks are either almond milk or Brazilian nut milk. These both add protein to your juice too.


Go Green. The first ingredient I always add to a juice is a green.

Choose from one of these two:

Organic Kale – Let’s be honest…Kale does not taste that good by itself. However, if we throw it in our juice you receive all of its Vitamins, such as C, A, and K that you need in your daily #livebetterlifestyle, and you don’t even taste it when it’s mixed with all of your other ingredients.

Organic Spinach – Popeye the Sailor was right. Spinach is an extremely important food. Dark leafy greens are high in Vitamins K, A, C, Magnesium, Iron, and Calcium. Loaded with flavonoids that act as antioxidants, this food helps protect your immune system and is a great vegan protein source.


Flavor is the number one most important aspect of your juice. Fruits will give you fantastic flavor.

Choose from one of these two combos:

Organic Blueberry & Strawberry – This combo will give you a summertime flavor packed with antioxidants that help against allergies.

Organic Apple & Pineapple – This is more of a tropical flavor. This combo will help fight inflammation through productive enzymes.

Healthy Fat:

This fat source will act as the driver of the nutrients to your cells. A lot of the vitamins you need are fat soluble, which means they need a fat source to be properly broken down within the body.

Choose from one of these two:

Organic Avocado – This is one of my favorite foods because it is a great source of heart healthy mono-unsaturated fatty acids as well as a great source of fiber.

Organic Raw Coconut Oil – Not only does this add a fresh taste, but this fat source actually helps you burn more body fat. Coconut oil is also a true brain food.



Superfoods are extremely nutrient packed foods. A little bit goes a very long way.

Choose from one of these two combos:

Organic and Raw Pumpkin Seeds & Organic Turmeric – This anti-inflammatory powerhouse gives you added protein and great flavor.

Organic Nutribullet Superfood Protein Boost – This pure plant protein contains all the essential amino acids. This means that the food will break down the protein within your body and rebuild your cells.
