Just Tuesday we wrote about the rapidly increasing age of LeBron James and how some of the NBA’s young stars are passing him by.

But new developments reveal that will never fully happen so long as Kanye West keeps popping off on Twitter. Here’s the gist.

Last night, mere hours after Kanye West launched a full-blown Twitter assault on Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose, King James popped off for 27 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists against the Phoenix Suns.

That got Twitterer (@the__mvp) thinking — how does LeBron play in games directly following a rant by West? I mean, Kanye basically complains about something every other day, let’s see if there’s anything there.

Below is the graphic he came up with.

Kanye West Rant

You’ll notice that the one omission on this list is Kanye’s infamous drunken highjacking of Taylor Swift’s VMA acceptance speech, where he stumbled up in ‘defense’ of Beyonce and said “I’mma let you finish. BUT BEYONCE HAD ONE OF THE BEST VIDEOS OF ALL TIME!”

Well, that happened in mid-September 2009 and no basketball was being played. However, ‘Bron did go on to win yet another MVP award in ’09-’10 so I guess that counts for something.

Nonetheless, as you can see, LeBron plays extraordinarily well in games after Kanye West publicly complains about whatever isn’t going right in his lavish life. Thus, bringing us around to the conclusion that so long as Kanye is complaining, LeBron will keep balling.
